What we do

We raise settled concrete back to grade: driveways, aprons, sidewalks and public walks, patios, front steps and stoops, garage and interior floors, and void filling under slabs that have not dropped yet. We work across Milwaukee County and into the neighboring suburbs of southeastern Wisconsin.

We are a service-area operation — crews and equipment come to your property, so there is no showroom to visit. Estimates happen at the slab, because the slab is the only place the job can honestly be priced.

How a job actually runs

  • Free on-site estimate. We measure the drop, probe for the void, and look at what is putting water under the slab in the first place.
  • Method chosen per slab. Slurry or polyurethane depending on void size, sub-base condition, access and finish — not depending on which machine happens to be on the truck.
  • Ports drilled, slab floated to level. Small holes through the concrete, material pumped until the void is full and the surface comes back to grade, checked with a straightedge as it moves.
  • Holes patched, joints sealed. Ports are grouted flush and joints are caulked, because open joints are how water gets back underneath.
  • Swept and usable. Most residential lifts are done in a few hours and take weight the same day.

What we will tell you no about

Leveling only works on concrete that is structurally sound, because the method floats the existing slab on material pumped beneath it. A slab that is crumbling, spalled through, or broken into pieces cannot be raised as one surface — and we would rather say that at the estimate than take a job that will disappoint you.

We also do not do structural foundation work. If what you are seeing looks like foundation movement rather than flatwork settlement, we will tell you and point you toward a structural engineer, whose assessment is not attached to selling you a repair. Our foundation-or-slab guide covers how to tell them apart.

Straight pricing

Estimates are free and given in person. Published ranges for every slab type are on the cost guide so you can sanity-check any quote you get — ours or anyone else's — before you commit. If a lift is not the economical answer for your slab, that is part of the estimate too.

Common questions

What areas do you cover?

Milwaukee and the surrounding metro — Wauwatosa, West Allis, Greenfield, Oak Creek, Franklin, Brookfield, New Berlin, Shorewood, Cudahy and the communities between them. See the service area page for the full list.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes — approaches, loading dock aprons, warehouse and interior floors, and walkway trip-hazard remediation for property managers.

How soon can you look at my slab?

Estimates are typically scheduled within a few days, and most residential lifts are completed in a single visit once scheduled.

Do you guarantee the work?

We will walk you through exactly what is covered and for how long at the estimate, in writing, before any work starts.
